I have had problems with getting paid, there payroll practices are very shady. One, stop payment on check, holding checks for the next payroll date, then receive two which one of which was 1636$ short. The next one due there was none once again a accounting error I was told, and was expected to wait until the next week to make corection. This is just small part of
probelms there's alot more.

I have gone weeks with no settlement reports, and checks sent to the wrong places in stead of the Bank. They are in to me for over 8,000$$$ and left me resorced out with noway but to borrow monies so I could get back home from Salt Lake City, and then to Memphis to return there tralior.I did so at my expenses so I could termanate my lease and find a more secure company.

Setting the facts straight

I am also a former employee and I can verify that everything this driver has said is true. I worked in the accounting department for about 9 months and saw everything the driver stated first hand. I cannot count the number of drivers I have talked to with similar complaints. I was not in a position to do anything to help them other than forward the message on to Meredith Reesor, who was only going to ignore the complaints and hold the drivers' money.

Not only do drivers not get paid the way they should, Go Trans does not pay their vendors either. You would not believe the calls I received on a daily basis regarding unpaid bills. Furthermore, they still owe me a large sum of money and I've turned the matter over to the Department of Labor. But the story gets even better than this, they've also tried to cheat their factoring company and as a result, have since changed over to using a different factoring company.

It's fair to say that Go Trans does not discriminate when it comes to cheating people out of their money. I would be more than happy to assist anyone who feels they were cheated by Go Trans, I may have information that can help prove your case!

I glad to see that they have acknowledged my claim. I just have to say that Robert is the owners is the and is what they would say "Go Trans aka Go Logistics" the one posibly co-responable with Dummie-ing up documents such as IFTA documention. I had Robert as a dispatcher for less than 40 days, and I pulled frieght for them a little over 120 days so there. They mention also the contract which also states that final settlement to be paid within 45 days the last load was on 10-12-04 you can surly do the math there.I can also state that if there is any dispute of there reputation that contacting the OOIDA that they can say that there is 12 lawsuits against them now from operators like my self and there ways of taking money such as escrow accounts and that you can't draw on. I was paid 7 times in the short time period that I was there so they did get proper paper work need. They also Factor there invoices so they are paid with in 48 hrs by wire transfer.I spent many hours after-hours with Robert and learned a great deal about there shady bussiness practices, so him to state anything about me, in my eyes would be like shooting they self in the foot!! I have extense documention of all my daelings with them, the only recorse I see is for them to pay all moneies
owed and there would'nt be dealing with this type of rebutals at all.You don't see every Trucking contactor on this sight now do we!! Go Trans owes me that money and the Broker's acknowledege that they have been paid PLZ feel free to contact me and I don't care to loss any more moneies do to there ingornace and good bussiness practices, I have pictures too of some very discrimating things also I'm just waiting to play those cards, this is no bluffing matter I'm in to win.JT TRUCKING I also have Legal cansel in the state of Arizona for I have part ownership in a Trucking company there.

Turn in your paperwork and you WILL get paid

Almost all trucking companies need a document call a Proof of Delivery to be able to bill out an invoice. Jeff was an owner operator for Go Trans, and he would wait 3-6 months before he would turn in his paperwork. It states in his contract that he MUST turn in the following paperwork in order to recieve payment:

Driver's Daily Logs (DOT requirement)
Daily Trip Report ( for fuel taxes)
Vechicle Condition Report (DOT requirement)
Proof of Delivery ( DOT and Billing requirement)
Fuel Reciepts (DOT and Fuel Tax requirements)

Jeff never turned these important documents in, and this paperwork is required by the DOT to stay in compliance. Not only that, Go Trans put up the money for fuel if Jeff drives 3,000 miles per week at 5 miles per gallon with the average cost of fuel $1.90 per gallon, over two months time that comes out to $9804 that Go Trans has to pay, but yet they cant Invoice their customers. Now, is that fair? Most drivers turn in their paperwork every week, and I was Jeff's dispatcher and I had to beg him every week to turn in his paperwork. Go Trans is simple (TURN IN YOUR PAPERWORK THAT IS REQUIRED BY LAW, AND YOU WILL GET PAID. Jeff you need help. Go Trans Please DAC him.
