I am wring in responding to letter on your web site about Go-video. I to have had the same problem. I payed about $100.00 for a DVD player and it lasted about 7 months.
I went back to Radio Shack got the same answer,but I was not letting it go.

I contacted Go-Video they said said the same thing. I then called them again and the guy who I go that time told me the DVD was defective, but he wants me to sent mine back to them plus $79.95 for a replacement.
That really made me angry. That was a mistake. I did finally get it replaced by them it took awhile.
At first Go-Video did try to tell me they had nothing to do with it the it,it was Sonic Blue, but Sonic blue/Go-Video are one in the same.
THE FUNNY PART OF THIS IS THAT THE NEW ONE THEY HAVE SENT TO ME WHICH I GOT ON OCT.21, 2003 HAD BEGUN TO GO BAD 3 TO 4 MONTHS LATER AFTER I GOT IT.I HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY A BRAND NAME I COULD DEPEND ON.SO
