 I place a order for my husbands birthday and waited almost three weeks for a resolution from a person named (NANDO) who I guess is the professional they hired to not give there money away. And to fight there customer claims. First he told me he would be filling a claim with UPS and it was nothing he could do I reached out to him pleading it's my husbands gift could they send a replacement and he denied me stating now that UPS WANTS A POLICE REPORT!! What I was shocked! I called the police and was laughed at and told its not there problem I then told (NANDO) what happened and he once again insisted that I get police report. So I went in to police station and explained to police what was going on and I needed this report to get resolution and the officer was nice and got me the report I then sent the report back to (NANDO) who then complained about the pictures not being in a PDF file only to several pictures sent he then finally gave me a store credit. "Only to block me from placing a order stating through a co-worker named (Thomas) that I needed to now send a picture of my credit card or they would cancel my new order . And now I've spent all weekend trying to place a order to be denied processing I contacted my Bank and PayPal and all is fine I even have correspondence from Goat Support saying I could use my PayPal or Affirm account if I didn't choose to send them photos of my credit card..DO NOT USE THIS APP THERE RIPP OFF
