Scam! So they make it very difficult to do each step so that the certificate will expire. They word things in a way to mislead you. My certificate said $18-$25 per day taxes charged on avg. They told me $41 for taxes. After you include the $100 non refundable deposit this motel was only $11 cheaper than if I booked it directly. The problem is I would not ever directly book this barely mediocre room directly. So I was supposed to get a free 7 day stay for enduring a 4 hour timeshare presentation. Instead I have paid a $100 non refundable deposit. I am out $100. It is not worth continuing the attempt. I would be satisfied with much better accommodations or reimbursement of my money but I know I want get either. Here is the basics of how the scam you. They are opened 8 to 5 but don't take calls after 3. If you call between 8 and 3 you will have to leave your number and wait on a call back. When they call you back they will only check on 2 dates of availability. Either neither will work or a very scrappy option will exist best case scenario. But before all of this you have to choose to dates to get process started online. 1st date has to be 45 days from day you do this. Then 2nd date has to be 30 days past this. They are supposed to call you prior to date of 2nd date chose. They don't. So after you call them and the 2 dates have no accommodation or no decent accommodation, you have to hang up. Then go online and clear your dates then start over. So now your 1st date has to be 45 days away and 2nd date has to be 30 past that. Eventually the certificate expires. The company profited your non refundable deposit and you got NOTHING. All the while some blue something time share promised me a free trip for 4 hour presentation. All of it is a scam.
