Gods Green Earth aka Gods Green Earth Solar Las Vegas aka Alex Arden is ripping more than clients off. He is not paying his employees. Many former employees of this fraud is coming forward saying they were not paid. This Company is under investigation with The IRS, Nevada Contractors Board, FTC and More. It is impossible to have installed these 5 solar projects in only 22 days. Just another one of his numerous LIES and FRAUDS by Ron L.

There have been repeated fake postings on Yelp by Ron L. an ex independent contractor who was terminated from God's Green Earth. There are also fake postings by David D., Brianna B., Gregory H., David C., Joans T, Dean D. and others. Who ever heard of a person named Joans with an s?

God's Green Earth has very happy clients as shown by the "Portfolio of the Business", on our website: www.godsgreenearth.com which shows real clients who have had their solar systems installed and turned on in a very short time period.

Ron L. is angry as he is no longer a part of the GGE team, because he was terminated for FRAUDULENT actions such as falsifying and forging W2's and federal tax returns on client loan applications without their knowledge in order to try and make a solar sale. Ron L. was a used car salesperson and apparently this was a normal practice for him as he was well known to sell lemon cars to the elderly.

God's Green Earth has very good low quotes as they are able to obtain wholesale prices because God's Green Earth is an "Authorized Dealer" for a licensed installation contractor, who has been in business for over 30 years in Las Vegas and has a $5,000,000 bond with the Nevada State Contracting Board. The licensed installation contractor also has never had a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and has an A+ rating.

The issue with Larry K. was actually caused by Ron L. and his interference slowed the Larry K. situation from being resolved. Ron L. has sent out FRAUDULENT "Intent to Liens" letters to the licensed installation contractor and clients of GGE in an attempt to steal these clients with his newly formed company BBH Energy, LLC. Under the Nevada State Contractor Board, the law is that a person must have done "WORK" on a property. Ron L. and BBH Energy, LLC are not licensed contractors and have never performed any "WORK" on any property.

Finally, regarding Larry K. I was able to have released the funds from the licensed installation contractor, who mailed the check to the subcontractor on 9/06/19. As soon as the check is received and Larry K. can verify it, he will change his posting on Yelp.

There are no criminal or civil actions against God’s Green Earth and this is easily checked. Ron L. is a self-admitted mental health patient on psychiatric medications. Ron L. has sent me threatening emails and he belongs in a hospital. Ron L. needs more therapy for his anger management problems before he goes postal and hurts someone physically. He is an atheist and anarchist similar to the "Unabomber" convicted of a life sentence for murder and continues to author crazy conspiracy theories all over the internet.

You see people, I have 723 emails listing specifically everything that went on with the company "Gods Green Earth" I am still legally a partner eventhough Mr. Arden chooses not to pay. I have detailed emails showing a time line when ALex Arden turned this company in to a bogus "God" scam company.

The violations on this company are endless and the truth will come out but by that time Alex Arden will flee the State like he has done in past States. Lawyers are foaming at the mouth to get a chance at Alex Arden. Soon, all documents will be released to the public. Alex Arden decided to flee the office with Corporate funds because I was choosing my legal right to be a whisleblower on Him and his schemes.

Mr Arden is in dire straights eventhough his false Ego tells him something very different. He does not even have a real office address so he can flee quickly. He is unable to flee from the God he self admits he does not believe in.

I have proof in the form of a statement from Elevation That "Gods Green Earth" (a fake company) was paid in full, months ago by Elevation Solar. Alex Arden like usual is lying and not telling the truth. Any attorney (mine already has) can reach out to Elevation Solar and they will confirm that "Gods green earth" (a fake corporation) was paid in full.

I also have a signed affidavid from Sun Trek describing the phone call that took place with Mr Arden. Elevation Solar has confirmed with me personally that "Gods Green Earth" is and I quote "has been paid on all payables" Once again Mr. Arden is not telling the truth in this situation. "Gods Green Earth" has multiple Govermental agencies investigating there numerous criminal activity.

Your friend Ronald L. has filed FRAUDULENT "Intent to Liens" with the licensed contracting company who installed your solar and they have yet to pay the balance on account of God's Green Earth (GGE). Ron L. is not a licensed contractor and has no legal right to place these liens pursuant to Nevada law as he never performed any "WORK" on client's homes.

Once paid by the installer GGE intends to pay Suntrek who relocated your solar pool panels. GGE will assist any client with their legal bill fighting these FRAUDULENT  "Intent to Liens" if the need arises. Ron L. was immediately terminated from any association with GGE as it was discovered he forged a federal tax return without the clients knowledge in order to close a solar sale.

Ron L. has been a used car salesman for 20 years and very likely has been forging W2 and federal tax returns without client's knowledge for a very long time in order to make used car sales. Ron L. has also stolen clients from GGE with his FRAUDULENT activities. If any lawsuit is filed then records will be subpoenaed, Ron L. will be convicted and sent to FEDERAL PRISON for his FRAUD.
