GoDaddy Software ripoff dishonest renewal billing consumer rip-off fraud Scottsdale Arizona
I had purchased three domain names from Godaddy software more than a year ago. However, because of how they make things difficult to change hosting companies, I decided to transfer to another domain registrant. They renewed my account for the two on their own saying that they is an auto renewal policy, and the renewals cannot be cancelled for any reason. To top it off they did not sent me emails, instead they send harassing emails
to my wife and even addresses her in the email. She is nowhere in the contract.
