Complaint Review: GoDish

may 23rd 2013 i called godish to get info on bundle sattlelight and internet package on flyer i received the day before. the salesperson told me i would pay 58.00 per month for the sattlelite and they would Wave the installation and processing fee. i was also told i would only be charged 1.00 to set up service for tuesday 28th and billed 58.00 on that day. the flyer i had just received stated 34.95 for 200 channels, he told me the price had just increased to 39.95. the internet would be billed after the first month of service

he transferred me to the internet department. flyer stated starting at 19.95. of course i was told this was not available in my area. the lowest package was 39.95 att uverse. which was a lie ( spoke to ATT today they offer 19.95 package and up in my area)

i went to the bank 5 minutes after the conversation and was shocked to find out the had charged me 1.00 plus 60.00 plus 49.99 for the sattlelite and 100.00 for the internet service. i called immediately and cancelled and demanded charges be reverse. was asurred that this was done. while  i was on the phone i received a called that the installer was at my door to install the sattlelite dish.

today 5-25-13 i received email that my internet equipment was being shipped on 5-29-13. i called ATT and was told GoDish never cancelled the order. thsi caused me $209.00 and 72.00 in overdraft fees from my bank. and i have to wait 3 to 5 business days to see if they did what they were suppose to do
