Complaint Review: GoElegant

GoElegant never sent me my refund for the louis vuittion bag I retruned to them as they said they would, I have copyies of the e-mails they sent that they ere going to refund my money once they recieved the bag. I copies from fed-x with thier signuture showing they recieved bag. I e-mailed and called goelegant on numeroues of times never got an answer from them, till this day never got my refund. I purchased a Louis Vuittion bag from goelegant on 6/22/07. I recieved the bag and thought the bag was a little to big for me , so I called them and spoke to one of their sales persons and he told me I can choose another bag or they can refund me my money back and also said he would e-mail me with the exchange info, which he did. I called called back and spoke to another sales person and told her I did not find anything that I liked and would like a refund, she told me once they recieved the bag they would refund me my money back. I sent the bag back to them fed-ex on 7/11/07 and they recieved the bag on 7/18/07 @ 11:10 and signed off by the person who recieved the bag in which I have a copy of from fed-x. I tried to contact goelegant numoures of times by e-mail and via phone and never got an answer from them the last time I tried to e-mail them their website said it was under construction and their phone number was disconnnected, till this day I have not got my refund back from goelegant. GOELEGANT IS A TOTAL FRAUD AND RIPOFF!
