I purchased an "authentic" Louis Vuitton handbag for my wife. Although it arrived on time, there were two issues with the product: 1) the bag was broken, and 2) I was told the bag is not a genuine Louis Vuitton by a friend who works for a department store. For these reasons, I tried to return the bag. Their policy is for me to fill out forms on their website, and they will email me return instructions.

I filled out this form five times, and emailed them twice. I also tried to call them on 4 different occasions, but no one answered.
