This website advertises low cost - best rate floral delivery. They bait you into low cost options and then switch your order to a deluxe package. My order confirmation total was $33.97. It included what they claimed to be a $20.00 google search savings! When my order was delivered the charge was a whopping $56.24. When I called to complain they told me about their website disclaimers. In reading the disclaimer it states that they may substitute orders for the same quality and value. It also notes they may charge an additional $5.00 if they don't have your exact order. They hide behind language that states "or a deluxe package". It notes they will call you to confirm additional charges above a "deluxe package upgrade". I think I deserve a call if my order is going to be $22.27 more than my order confirmation! The customer service rep was very rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor - and of course she said she was the supervisor. She read and re-read the disclaimer to me like I was an idiot. She offered no apology and no refund. This is clearly bait and switch. It should not be legal. The website should not offer a lower price if it is not available in my area. I entered my state on the order. The website should be smart enough to know what the rates are in my area?? Clearly the marketing team for this company does not care about their customers. They want to lure you in with great deals and special discounts and then hide behind poorly written disclaimers. DO NOT order from this website. You will regret it. The customer service is horrible and the business practice is unethical.
