I went to www.goflorist.com to order a basket of flowers for my boss who is in hospital with cancer.

The company charged me TWICE the amount of the bill which I received by email, and never sent the flowers.

When you call their "customer service unit", they let you wait for a while, then they take down all your order information, spelling out every name, address part etc. in military style several times, and then they promise you to "investigate" and call you back.

Of course, they never call back, your money is gone, and the intended recipient is severely disappointed so you may have to deal with the damaging fallout for one of your most important relationships as well.

This company is a complete sham and NEVER delivers flowers to anyone. It is astonishing how they can have existed and carried on with this for so long, without there ever being any legal action.
