Gofreecreditreport.com Grantfundingsearch.com Deducting money from my account for services not rendered Los Angeles California
I recently applied for a free credit report. I was informed that I had already received my report for the year, then they deducted $14.95 from my account, even though I have been sending e-mails and letters to them to cancel. I must have sent a least 5 e-mails over the past 2 weeks. This is the only way I have found to contact them. Please help. I sent a complaint to the Ca. BBB, but I am not sure they will do anything.
