We apologize for the delay in responding. We have checked on the status of your refund and it is being processed, but we are not sure how long it will be before you receive it. The Perfect Matrix, is having some interior problems, and we are no longer doing business with them, but are staying in touch with them to make sure all refunds that have been promised are issued.
