Signed on for what I thought was a month of service of GoGoAir on a U.S. Airways flight. Was disturbed to find out 2 months later that my credit card had been billed for an additional 2 months of service. Customer service refused to consider a refund, even though I only logged on twice in the first month. This company clearly deceives customers, and should not be trusted. I'll bet that they are also using account information for other purposes.... Do Not Trust Them...
