DOES ONE NEED TO BE OVERCHARGED FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES?

Do you have an additional $18.00 to $36.00 to spend on transporation by a provider?

The answer most likely is no.

I used the services of GOGOGRANDPARENT believing my transportation charges would be less than using a taxi.  They were not.  I paid over $18.00 over what a taxi would have charged me.

Unbeknownst to me GOGOGRANDPARENNT uses UBER and Lyft for their drivers.

Then GOGOGRANDPARENT charges a $.19 a minute tracking or monitoring fee for the ride.

If the UBER or Lyft driver turns in a receipt for overcharges and frauds the customer is billed for these.

Try and get back your money.

It has been over 11 days and I am still battling with them to see the errors.

Naturally because of the partnership this company has with UBER and Lyft supplying a dispatch service for them why would they want to provide a customer a credit anyway.  They don't want to.

If you succeed in receiving any credit at all it might amount to a few cents.

I have never dealt with a company that fails to acknowledge their errors.

A word to the wise--stay away from the company--walk if you have to; rent a car;  take a bus; or hire a private individual for your driving needs.

I have over a 2 inch stack of correspondence via e-mail to this company in an effort to receive my credits.

And the stack continues to mount.

The owner of the company is very smug.  He thinks he is not doing wrong.  His pockets are his only concern.  The company's premise is to make transportation affordable to the elderly and disabled.  He has his hands deep in our pockets and refuses to provide credits when credits are due.

I performed extensive research into each and every ride I had by checking fare estimators and Google Maps for distance calculations.  I knew in advance what an appropriate fare would be even adding their Concierge Fee or tracking and monitoring fee.

I also waited between 20 and 35 minutes or more for each ride.

My initial deposit was used up for "no show" rides the company claims occurred.

If I was present outside my house waiting for each ride just after making the call for a ride who is the no show?

Do whatever you have to for transportation, but do not think of using this scam of a company.
