Ordered a replacement battery for my Samsung cell phone. Battery does not work. No way to return it. No customer service phone number. Stated that it was a genuine Samsung battery, yet Samsung g name is not on it, as shown in picture. Can no longer find the site where I purchased it. I only have the packing slip.
