They ask yoou to open an account that permits and furnishes free Internet access. When you open the account and try to download their dialer.

They request you "upgrade" your status. There is NO free Internet access. They will get your email and physical addresses and, I will bet, sell it to everyone they can.

BEWARE! They are not honest at the onset. Their lies and switch tactics don't become apparent until they have your information. If you are solicited to "sign up for free Internet access", RUN the other way.
