Complaint Review: Gointernet.net

I worked for gointernet.net for three months. They even lie to the people that they hire. THe d**n ad said 525 a week. I got there they said 5.25 an hour plus commission.

Anyway, They told us about the previous court order against them and I thought hey, maybe they are just fixing a problem. What most people don't know is that even in 2003, go internet ran as two companies. Mercury (most known for its scams) and Venus Voicemail services. I worked for Venus Voicemail Services, the night version of the scam. VVMS had yet another useless service: Voicemail that reads your email back to u on the phone. WHat the hell is that for how much? 19.95 non-refundable activation fee and 17.95 a month charges conviently (for them) billed to your phone bill. I was a TSR, I said my script and if they said ok, I gave it to a supervisor and they verify the sale.

They don't even read their whole verification completely word for word. The supervisors are arrogant and cocky, they only care about money and they have minimal social skills. When they get outside, people are scared of them. I see why our supervisors didn't want us outside during breaks: no one wants gointernet around. The people are unruly. I had respect. I carried myself with dignity, ordered the same meal everyday, and purchased the same non carbonated 100% beverages as well. I even maintained professionalism while being yelled at for reading the verification form I wasn't supposed to read correctly and getting a solid yes at the end.

I am furious to see how the company went down, but I am laughing at the same time because the customer got the last laugh and I did my job there correctly. I rarely led the room in sales but I worked on making my sales positive. People were getting the truth from me. Truth is - Gointernet sucks!!!!
