I ordered an electronic lock from GoKeyless and received a used product with missing parts.  The company refused to send a new item, without initiating an RMA process.  I submitted for the RMA and they claimed I would received a return mailing label within one business day.  10 days later, I still have not received the return label and have made serveral attempts to contact, which have been ignored.
