Gokulnath Panneerselvam. Promised quality virgin hair, but delivered curly hair that went limp/wavy on 1st wash, hair was processed, and became rough in texture when heat was applied. Also, poor weft quality. And ignored my request for a partial refund. He wont accept Paypal, I used Western Union. Now I have no recourse for a refund of $150. Chennai, India
I ordered 3 bundles from Gokulnath Panneerselvam of remyhairexporters.in, naturalindianhairexporters.com, vinishyahairexports.com very recently. He sold me on his customer service and knowledge of Virgin Hair. However, the hair was not Temple Hair and possibly not virgin. It looked liked a mix of perhaps half real and half synethetic. The wefts were poorly constructed. He said they were working on getting a better machine to correct this issue. Overall, the hair was not able to be worn or sold to anyone. When I complained, he stated I should never blow dry the hair. I ignored that nonesense and asked for a partial refund. He never responded to that question.
I feel he is Master of manipulation. Good with communicating. But could not deliver quality virgin temple hair that i could sell to my clients. He wasted my time with countless emails, skype calls, phone calls, and text messages. I believed i was investing my time and enegry into a company that cared about their customers. I was WRONG!
I just caution the next customer, to think twice before doing business with him. He showed me his factory on skype, the hair, and even forwarded me an email from a satisfied client. Im not sure what else i could of done to ensure i would get an above standard product of which he promised.
Best of luck in the Hair Game (because it is truly a game to those who are making millions off of us here in states). They laugh all the way to the bank each time we wire our hard earned money, while we struggle to make a few bucks off some hair.
