I wish you gave negative stars, because this company is so poor that is amazing they are aloud by law to be in business! We rented from these jerks for a year and a half. We bought a new house through them and when we moved out they stuck us with a bill for $558.06. This is on top of the $845.00 deposit they we paid when moving in. They charged us for carpet cleaning of $300.00 even though we had the carpets professionally cleaned for $250.00 and gave them a copy of the paid invoice! They charged us $200.00 for cleaning, even though we had the house professionally cleaned for $150.00. Do I need to go on? This company is a fine oiled extorter of people just trying to get by!

I just had a run in with these people, the Golba Group. My lease ends soon and hope I do not run into the same problems as you. I'm already having issues paying my last months rent, FML. Well, I'll make sure to take these assholes to court w/ lawyer at hand to deal with these bastards if they decide to give me a hard time.
