Complaint Review: gold coast coin and bullion

Back in April, we were contacted by a guy named "Troy" or "Mark".  He used both names (?), and we could tell from the heavy smoker voice he has that both were the same person.  He gave us a big "pitch" about how unsafe our silver was, that it could be confiscated, and that he could pick up our bag of silver and replace it with some silver dollars.  We agreed to make the trade, but when the "paint bucket" arrived, there was no invoice or anything inside which would provide us with any paper trail or any receipt or any indication of what type of or how many new silver dollars we would receive in trade.  We waited for it to come seperately or in the mail.  It never came.  When we did not return the paint bucket/s, we got a call from this pompous liar, Troy/Mark Burge.  He played innocent and practially cried that we wouldn't send our silver to him without the proper paperwork.  He went from apologetic, to angry, to actually yelling at us for our wanting to have things in writiing.  We finally told him that we did not feel safe with him or his company, and he yelled at us some more, then he hung up.  He acted liek he was on drugs, and should be ashamed of himself.  He even told us, "God Bless" when hanging up the phone a few time prior...when he was being nice.  Like Dr Jekyl and Mr. Hyde on drugs!

Warning, we are not doing business with him, and suggest if you speak with ANYONE with a scruffy sounding smokers voice, RUN.
