Gold Key Credit Caller demanded my DOB and last 4 numbers of ss number. Sounded like a scam call.
We had issues with Florida Emergency Room Physicans accurately billing and working with the Insurance company. Debt was referred to Gold Key Credit. (Which should have not been a debt in the first place) They did not send any documentation for over 10 months and then demanded payment. When they called to attempt to collect the debt over the phone, they demanded the last 4 digits of the SS number and date of birth. Obviously, this sounds like a scam. Because they waited 10 months to send a letter, I was not able to appeal the remaining debt with the insurance company.
