Gold Key refuses to honor their agreement. My car has been in the shop for 2 weeks. An inspector came to look at my car and informed my mechanic that the problem was covered under my warranty.
Gold Key denied the claim. Besides this, the customer service supervisor was nasty. He definitely needs training in customer service. In the mean time I am fighting. I've reported them to the BBB, next the US Attorney General. Overall experience...... Nightmare
