We bought our Nissan back in April, it had been running perfectly. Recently in August we received a extended warranty on our Nissan from Texas. Gold Key Protection, care free service. So we purchased it, over the phone. They claimed they covered everything we asked, including transmissions. Suddenly in September after our 30 days had been passed and our 1,000 miles have been reached to take the warranty into effect our car acted funny. Taking it to the Nissan dealership we found ourselves with a transmission problem that needed to be replaced. $3,500 dollars to fix our car. Not to worry we have a warranty.

We called them up. They said we were not coved because we hadnt reached our miles. The Dealership had to prove that we did. We called again; they said it wasnt covered because it was a preexisting problem. Which is was not, we called again. They said they would have a inspector come in and look at it. One week goes by and the inspector finally shows up, he know nothing about cars, takes a few photos and leaves. We call back and they said they will not cover any part of it. We call again to complain, they dont answer. We send messages and e-mails and still no reply. The worst people ever.
