Mike Cherwenka hired my mother, a 65 year old woman on social security, to clean town homes in The Reserve at Ivey Creek. She took the job so that she could afford to buy her grand kids a christmas present. On her day off from sams club she spent the entire day cleaning this town home. When she tried to get paid her $175.00 Mike Cherwenka refused to pay citing a smudge on the microwave door as a reason. Mike Cherwenka then proceeded to curse and yell at a 65 year old woman, leaving my mother crying and wondering what she had done wrong.
This man is no christian he is a predator who looks for people weaker to take advantage of. My mother now cannot afford the christmas present she had promised her grand kids and Mike Cherwenka has once again preyed upon someone with less resources than himself.
Owning a bible does not make you a christian....

I hired betty as a real estate agent on townhouses for sale. She told me she was an active agent and later found out she did not have a license. As Betty was working in the model unit she asked if she could clean the townhouses for some extra money. Everything was fine at first and aprreciate her help. We had a incident where she billed me and the units where not cleaned.
This is no reason for her son to bash me on this report considering I provided a source of income for betty for over a year.
