Complaint Review: Gold's Gym - Easy Vacations

I received a so called "Free" vacation from Gold's Gym for people signing up under me. What a Joke! I have never come in contact with such poor customer service in my life. And let's not forget all of the rules that they do not disclose on the card given to you in order to redeem your vacation, and you will not find out the hidden rules and there meanings until you submit your vacation.

It is a joke, MVI has no regard in assisting you with your vacation, or providing people with any customer service. You are at their mercy for your vacation.

I would advise companies or people buyer beware when dealing with these people. The best that could happen is for them to go out of business.
