I have a month to month contract with Gold's Gym and it clearly states that I can leave the gym with a 60 day written notice. After being a member for 3 years I have decided to change to a cleaner and more family friendly gym in Jacksonville. In December, I filled out a form to cancel my membership. In January, I asked a question in regards to when my last month would be. I was called by Kim and told that I must fill out the cancellation form first. I went back to the gym again to fill out the cancellation form. The girl behind the counter, Toni, told me that it must have accidentally been lost. No problem, everyone makes mistakes but today I called due to me being charged twice for February. I have spent over 2 hours trying to get someone to just figure out why I was charged my monthly payment twice. After getting nowhere and having no confidence in their abilities, I asked the million dollar question. Can I just use that as my last payment to Golds since my membership is up in March? Guess what, no form is anywhere to be found.

I wish I could say this is an isolated incident but both of my workout partners are going through the same issues with this gym.
