Goldberg Maxwell, LLC solicited me to negotiate my payday loans, they told me exactly what I needed to hear. BUT I had to pay money upfront for them to negotiate my payday loans. Everything simply sounded too good to be true!! I began to do my homework and found through Business Consumer Alliance that this company has a government action in the State of NY for violating the privacy of consumers by soliciting their personal information through employers, and sending letters that purported to be from an attorney in order to collect.
