I sold my business and carried the note for the new owner. She was not able to maintain the business, thus it failed.

I contacted Golden Eagle Leasing, Inc. within the week I received the machine back to discuss releasing me from the contract since I no longer owned the business and therefore had no means to continue. I could not believe the response.

The operator stated I had to pay over $1,000 or return the product and still pay $800. I made a statement that I work with leases on a regular basis and they could minimize the amount or release it all together, they could not beleive I would even suggest such a thing.

I soon realized the person I was speaking too was just doing their job, so I requested another party . . . the owner, supervisor and even the company attorney. He began arguing with me, so I said to transfer me immediately to someone else. Who knows who he really transferred me too. I WILL NOT STOP PURSUING THIS!!

Please, before you consider this company . . . rethink it.

I have dealt with this comapny ion the past and they lived up to the word of their contract. You sold the business, it is your responsibility to live up to what you signed. They are not respponsible, you are. I wish people would not try to label everything that doesn't go their way as a rip off. You signed the contract, you should live by it - as I am sure youw ould expect them to do.
