National Bank Card Corporation called me to sell me the idea that I could increase my revenues about 60% or more by acquiring their services, which included some equipment from Golden eagle Leasing. I have not used the equipment even once, and I have been paying for the equipment for since Aug 2002. I tried to call Golden Eagle Leasing and was given the runaround and would transfer me to different numbers; of course they did not want to talk to me since they were doing electronic transactions to my checking account, that is all they cared about, getting their money. I got tired of calling them and canceled my checking account. Once I cancelled and got their attention, they started calling three times a day, sent me, threatening letters as well.

I just called them today to ask for thier help and doing some king of agreement to pay off all that I owe up to now which is about $120.00, and to ask them to cancel my contract due to the fact that I have never used their equipment. I talked to Mr. Mike Galarza and basically told me that I had signed a contract and that there was nothing that they could help me with. I tried to explain that my financial situation was not good and that I needed their assistance in resolving this matter and he declined my offer. I also told them that I would return their equipment as soon as possible.

I called again and talked to Joe which said that it did not matter what my situation is that I needed to pay the remainder of my lease. I told me that he could try to give me an amount that I could pay to satisfy the contract and he told me that my total that I would have to pay would be $1009.13, but he would take $600.00 and could settle the matter. I still think that he agreement is day time robery. Why should I pay for a service that I am not and have not used at all. I will follow up with the Better business Bureau and the Attorney Generl's Office.
