I saw an ad on craigslist looking for workers to do phone calls from home marketing their credit repair service using their auto-dialer.  Talked to the hiring manager who said if I filled out my paperwork that day, I could start the next day.  So, I submitted everything.

The next day I was told there were problems with the dialer software but would be fixed that day.  Next day, I got the same story.  Third day I was told everything was fixed.

Also, on the 3rd day, I got an email saying the guy who hired me was no longer with the company.  Kinda odd.  Was also told to join a Skype group and they could get me set up.

I spent over 2 hours with some guy until he finally got it fixed.  There were over 20 people on there saying their computer didn't work either with their system.  Everybody was mad saying the system didn't work like they were told.

I then emailed the new manager who said he'd get me trained.  He blew me off for days.  I called and got him on the phone Monday morning.  He said he'd call me back in 5 minutes to get me trained.  Two hours passed and I didn't hear from him so I called back. 

Voice mail said to leave a message and he'd return the call in an hour.  Three hours passed and still no call so I called and left another message.

It's now another day after that last message and still no return call.  I even emailed him asking about getting trained.....three times.  Not a single reply.

What upsets me the most is I turned down another job for this......and I told them that and I was really hurting for cash.

If you need a job, stay FAR away from this place.  Their software to make calls from home is garbage and doesn't work at all and they refuse to communicate with anyone after you say you'll work for them.

As far as the service itself, it's my experience if a company can't/won't take care of their employees, they surely aren't taking care of their customers properly.
