First let's see the response that they sent me after I wrote them an email stating how I dissatisfied I was and how I felt mislead and scammed:

First of all, we have no way of knowing who've you applied with before us.

Second, we never said our sources were ONLY available through us.

Third, those lenders we gave you loan money to ALOT of our clients. We can't force them to loan money to you.

If you applied to ALL six of those lenders in the past, then you should be able to provide decline notices from them.

Your full of excuses. Please start taking some responsibility to get a refund!

This was their response to my email!

I applied early on a Monday morning and did not recieve my list until later on Thursday - hmm directly after my $99 charge went through. Then they send me 6 lenders - 5 of which I had already applied to myself within the past 3 to 6 months, not too mention these sites are well known companies that anyone can find for free on the internet. And they were not only rude, but full of contradictions. This is what the website states about a refund:

OUR 100% GUARANTEE TO YOU!

You will get a -FULL REFUND- if you are unable to get approved by at least -1- real lender we match you to. 100% GUARANTEED! No excuses. We want you to be
satisfied with your loan or line of credit! Very few of our customers ever ask for a refund because we get them RESULTS! Ask yourself....What do you have to lose?
Click on the application link below and get results risk-free today!
Some of our lending sources may not accept applications from all states.
Each matched lender makes the final lending decision

and here is what you receive in your email when you get your companies to apply to:

Refunds are issued as a courtesy as stated on our website if the policy below is followed. Refunds are NOT required by law. We have two ways you can get a refund for our services. (1) If we are unable to find you at least three lenders who will review your application then a refund will be issued. Review does -not- mean approved. A non-response by a lender is not considered a denial. (2) IF all lenders we find you deny your application, please mail copies of ALL official denial letters to our office address below and a refund -pending approval- will be processed within 30 days of receipt of all requested documents. Refunds are subject to a review on a case by case basis. IF you applied to all 6 lenders, then all six denial notices must be
sent! These denial letters must have come from the lender directly. Please send a written letter requesting a refund with your full name, address, along with
your signature and all photocopies of denial letters to our mailbox address:

Not to mention look at what else they send you after they pay - this oh so friendly company sends you this:

REFUND POLICY/PROCEDURE

Refunds can only -legally- be issued by us. Your credit card company -can't- issue them. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will result in charges against you for felony credit card fraud. This is a serious matter. A copy of this refund policy will be faxed to your credit card company if necessary. The people below in the last year were prosecuted for illegal chargebacks by us when they contacted their banks and we were awarded the following damage judgements:

Mark S - $13,000
Barbara G - $10,000
Steve P - $15,000

Tonight I just sent them back an email that after I receive my denial letter from Beneficial that I want a refund. However from what I have read so far on this site it does not sound like I will get one. So, it is on to the Better Business Bureau for me - wish I knew this site existed before I applied for the service, now I am out $99 I really had to scrape together to get!

Why to go again Robert!!! Hey Mark, it must be nice to rip-off people and think you''ll be getting away with it!!! HA, YEA RIGHT!!!! You must be the owner...your clearly on all my emails you sent me, not to mention the insulting words you wrote. Out of all the rebuttals this company has made, they are so darn conflicting!!! Don't believe what they tell you!!!

You say you tell people how to get a refund and that they seem to be lazy....hum, why don't you provide a phone number and why is it that these LENDERS you refer people, one being me have been directed to there FRAUD department to report your company???? Your buddy Dave who states he lives in Dallas, Texas is stating that the companies headquarters is in Victoria, BC but yet this business is being ran in California!!!! WOW!!!!

Remember, you called me a MORON, a person with no brains and oh yea, you were beginning to wonder about my reading comprehension skills. Guess who will have the last laugh!!! Don't forget, my lawyer and I have documents to show you changed your web site the same day you sent me an email!!!! I just can't wait for the day you go to jail!!!!!

Mark,

Why not just save everyone alot of time and admit your company (of course I just mean the company you work for, most likely as a janitor) is nothing but a fraud. At least then maybe when the universe comes back around to you your punishment might not be so bad! In the mean time you will have nothing but bad luck. Enjoy it!

We can't control lenders

#4UPDATE Employee

Since we are not a lender, we have no way of knowing if a client will be approved or not.

This person seems to want to blame us for their problems.

We told them how to get a refund, they seem too lazy to follow the policy to get one.

Some of the paragraphs below she claims we sent them via email are not true. Those are from a website, not an email.

This person needs to get her facts straight.
