I can't believe that I got taken! The owner of this company needs to go to jail!! The web site really fooled me. I paid the $99.00 only because of how this web site talks about guests going on the following talk shows: Oprah, Good Morning America, Montel and The View. Well, I got my six lenders and applied at one, got turned down. I called the bank who turned me down and they stated they have nothing to do with this company nor do they approve people with bad credit as stated on Golden Harvest web site, plus they were getting many phone calls about this company. I decided to call the other lenders and they all turned me over to their FRAUD department.

I emailed the company requesting my refund back, along with explaining what I had found out and boy, I got two insulting email messages back. I finally called my lawyer. I went down to his office and showed him the web site, my lawyer and myself printed out the web site. Here is the kicker, I get another email message from the company telling me that on the FAQ it reads: "Your credit history must be FREE of bad credit in the last two years and your credit score above 650." I went back to the web site, looked under FAQ and noticed that this company changed their web site to reflect what they had put in their email sent to me. The pages I printed out and my attorney printed out did not match! The company changed their web site that same day!! TALK ABOUT FRAUD!

I went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB knowing they will not do anything. I did get a response back from the company but it was insulting. I am fighting back and I am not standing still. I filed a complaint with the CA Attorney General in Okland, CA and I filed in my own State with the Attorney General. I also filed Internet Fraud, their web site is: http://www.ifccfbi.gov I then went to my bank and filed fraud. There needs to be a civil lawsuit field against this company but until then, I hope who ever sees this will take action like I did. This company is committing FRAUD!

Dave, you can't make up your mind...First you say you are an employee, then an ex-employee and now you say your the owner!!! WOW, what a confused man you are!!! I have no worries about what I said...I have the proof this company changed their web site to reflect the email message sent to me and give me a BREAK....you didn't check anything out. Oh, by the way if your doing business in Texas with this company and committing FRAUD and you say your the owner.....PLEASE, PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR ADDRESS SO THAT I CAN GIVE IT TO MY LOCAL POLICE AND TO THE TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. Oh, don't worry, I will forward this email onto them so that they can have it on file with my complaint!!! They will find you!!! Remember Davie boy, TEXAS is tuff!!!! That's if you are in Texas......Funny, someone who doesn't know what he is....

DAVE, YOUR "ATTORNEY" MUST BE AS PHONY AS YOUR "SERVICES"

If your so-called "company" had a real attorney, he/she would tell you that if you have a PROVEABLE libel/slander case, that would be handled in Civil Court..a "false report" complaint pertains to CRIMINAL action, such as making a false police report, and when that happens, the police/DA file the complaint. You don't like what the OP said? Tough...there is a little thing called the First Amendment. And personally, from seeing the innumerable complaints about your "company", I have no doubt that the original poster is being more than truthful. If you don't know the meaning of "truthful", please look it up.

Did you pay via credit card? ..this site shows a refund policy emailed after the purchase that threatens criminal charges

One of the reports on this site shows a refund policy emailed after the purchase that threatens criminal charges if you try to use a credit card chargeback.

That threat alone should be enough to get a charge reversed. You say several lenders transferred you to their fraud department.

I would think you have sufficient proof that this company is a scam, and if you paid via credit card, you have a good chance at a refund. Of course, follow your lawyers advice also.

False report

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sun, January 01, 2006

This lady is reporting false facts and information. She claims to have filed reports with all of these agencies yet when we contacted them, they all said they had never heard of her.

Our attorney is contacting her local police and filing a false statements report against her. Apparently she has done this before with other
companies.

IF she had bothered to read our website before applying, maybe she wouldn't be complaining. We notice alot of people who are in poor financial condition do not take the time to read and comprehend basic english words.
