Golden Harvest ripped me off and taught me a valuable leason about trusting Pleasanton California

I believe it was in July that I saw the advertisement on the internet. I believed it. After 3 days, no result, so I emailed the company to tell them the news, and that I expected a refund. They must have had a laugh on that one. They started emailing me rude comments like we got in touch with your bank and they are filing a lawsuit against you. After about 4 days of emails which were very strange in nature, I stopped emailing them and said that my bank would handle it. Well I heard from my bank who said that the charge was vaild!!!!! On the reply from GH to my bank they said that if I kept this up they would file a lawsuit against me!!!

Well, I resumitted my complaint again today and sent copies of all of this internet info. During all of this I did get in touch with the BBB who told me that GH was not a member and that though they had had many complaints they could not do anything about it. They did tell me that the police were suppose to be looking into this however as of yet they had not. What does it take in California to close down a company like this? How many people have to loose $99?
