Inside is also a check enclosed but if you look closely you will see void lightly printed in the background of the check. They ask you to call to talk to someone. I received a letter in the mail stating that I won a sweepstakes and that my first payment is enclosed. The check was for 4,100. I saw void lightly printed throughout the background, but it is hard to see if you are not looking closely. My cousin works at a bank and informed me that it was indeed a fake. However how the scam works is that on your letter that you receive, it asks you to call the # on the paper to talk with an associate. The associate takes your information banking and all claiming its necessary for them to deposit it and then they clean you out. Anyways be careful and look for those things, (the voids throughout the check, and if you decide to call dont give out your personal banking info...instead ask for a wire transfer to a new acct or a cashiers check). I hope this helps someone out there. :)
