Complaint Review: Golden seed bank

I looked online for seeds and found what I thought was exactly what I was looking for.  I ordered the seeds from goldenseedbank.com and they wouldn't let me pay with credit card which I knew sounded fishy but I followed there instructions and paid with pay pal.  After a week I contacted them and they replied to my emails and said they would be mailing my seeds in a week.  So I waited a week a contacted them again.  I then emailed and they said they were going to refund my money. (which never happened) They even made fake pay pal documentation to try and convince me they sent me a refund.  TOTAL SCAM these people don't ever order from them and make the mistake I did.  After they tried the fake pay pal refund I knew it was a scam and I still waited another 2 weeks for my product and tried contacting them again before writing this. They stopped responding to my emails.
