Just am in the process of being scammed by internet sales company from Golden Valley Minn.-bought a car on-line from them June 7. 2008 - 2007 toyota sienna mini-van pd.17,500+300 shipping-shippers bill showed 225.00-saw pics-salesman-assured me it was a great van-many phone calls to them-you'd think you were talking to a wonderfully honest bunch of guys-specifically told them what I wanted down to the fact that I did not want a van with any icky smells (had that before) but much older vehicle-according to them this van was exactly what I was looking for said Ron Spain- I would be very happy with this one-well I sent my money -did not get the van when they promised-finally got here to omaha Ne. about 17 days after we started the process- Van was unloaded -got in to move it in the driveway-checked it out headliner had holes and rips and brown stains ,not to mention the smell was overwhelming-it was so gross-dog crap-cleaned sort of -but by no means gone-So I am assuming the car headliner stains and holes and scratch marks are also animal related-Took it to a toyota dealer to get an inspection-they told me the 2 front tires were dangerous -it was out of alignment-also noticed previous body damage-my son who went to school for body repair also pointed out-the overspray--areas-molding not on properly-molding inside sliding door put back on shoddy-rear bumper repaired- slider had overspray -dealer said it also needeed a new door panel inside frt. passenger side-cost -Not covered $771.00 .Needless to say I have driven the stinky thing 4 times since June 17,I get a headache every time I am in the van.I have been calling GVAS daily to get recourse-so far they have told me how to remedy the stink with baking soda and lemon juice-said they would take it back-I asked for a written guarantee to be sent on that notarized -no notaries there Eddie said- nothing sent-get put off daily hung up on -they can't go over my same complaint daily-call back call back-well today big shot owner was to be in-Al Crane-supposedly talked to him-he is going to send John up to Omaha to pick up the stinkmobile and remedy the situation-nice guy said hold for a minute - came back on the phone -different voice-I said isn't this Eddie-he said no this is Al-was going to call me back-no call came got late so I called them again confronted the guy they call Al about other voice that said it was him-no explanation just said he got busy and eddie took over for him-well tomorrow is Sunday -John is supposed to pick up the van and leave us a loaner-I am sure he willlll-I have spent so many hrs.and phone calls to these do I say liars-the ball is in their court-I want my money back at this point in time-any help would be so appreciated-I do have them on tape lying to me??

I was one of the unfortunate people who got a bad vehicle from Golden Valley Motors-I did receive help from Al Crane -he did pay for 2 frt. tires- he did pay for a cleaning and treatment to try to remedy the smell inside-he also did pay for a new headliner to be installed-and truly seems to be a man with a heart- he also did tell me he was going to order a new interior panel for the broken one and talk to Ron about the 2nd key Ron said was somewhere in a desk drawer-we still have a problem-the stink is back-I leave it inside with windows down and sometimes outside to air it out-tried the baking soda-ming detail suggested newspapers wadded up and left in-did that for days-still stinks-Today 8/08/08-called today to try to get results-talked to I think Lenny-told them I at first did not want to talk to him-then -decided it was probably him or no-one-We discussed the problem-he got mad - I am just sooo frustrated-I have not paid taxes or plated this van-because it smells too awful -I don't think I should have to put 5 children in a questionable smelly van -after I explained to him that I thought the car could have mold-from being cleaned and not dried properly-I told him even the air conditioning smells when it comes on-he was resistant to much I had to say-asked me why I did not retract my story on-line after they did so much for me -told me how rude I was-I told him I did not want this van-he told me to just sell it then-I told him I would have a hard time doing what they did to me-- to someone else- I told him that I am a born-again Christian -and have a bigger boss to answer to- He truly wanted me to think they were the victims(I don't think so)-yelling at customers and telling them they are to figure out what to do with the mess they inflict upon us is not how to be successful or happy ! I do not want this van-I want it taken back and money returned $17,850.00-you only have 18 bad reports-why not remedy the situations and get the good reports flooding the net-I would be more than happy to write about how wonderful you are if you were!
