Complaint Review: Golden Valley Lending Group (Veritus Funding)

There is a press release dated November 25, 2008 stating that Golden Valley Lending Group (Veritus Funding) is granted an Advance Fee Agreement for Loan Modifications.THAT IS A SCAM AND A LIE!!

Do your homework and log on to the CA department of real estate website and check for an advanced fee agreement listing for loan modification and you will see for yourself that this is a LIE and a SCAM. I'm SHOCKED that someone would actually create a FRAUDULENT PRESS RELEASE like this.

CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN SCREWED OVER BY THIS COMPANY ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS! I don't know why ANYONE in their right mind would work with a company like this.

THIS COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE of people doing refinances and now they are taking advantage of people that are losing their homes. They made a lot of money by providing homeowners with these HORRIBLE ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES and now they are trying to make money again by SCAMMING HOMEOWNERS INTO A LOAN MODIFICATION.

You are just asking to be SCAMMED if you work with this company! May god bless all those innocent people that are falling for these scams. Company's like this will pay for their wrong doing.
