The salesforce for this product specifically promotes a"bumper to bumper" warranty. These warranties are not inexpensive, either. We paid $2593.00 for our "policy". However, the exclusions are pretty much endless and difficult to navigate. The only claim we ever had was impossible to process, as the company excluded it on a technicality. Rather than deal with the issue at hand and stand behind their salesforce and terminology, they chose to stonewall us in our calls. The only "supervisor" we could speak with was simply identified as "Randall". He was rude, arrogant, dismissive, and not helpful in any manner. I requested to speak with a different supervisor on three occasions, to which he replied he was the only person I could speak with. I will be writing the Arizona Attorney General, the Alabama Attorney General, BBB, and blogging consistently about this companies failing to police its sales force as well as its company representatives. I will also do my best to speak with a high ranking company representative and see to it that "Randall" move on to a better position at the company.
