Goldman Vicenti goldmanvicenti.co.uk Ian burrows Manchester, United Kingdom
After reading the report on goldmanvicenti.co.uk and Ian Burrow, I would like to add my own negative experience with the company and the individual.
Aug. 2012 - I first contacted goldmanvicenti.co.uk as another company owed me monies. I only spoke with Ian Brruows once, who assured me he would follow through my claim and get the moneis back for me. After that, I only spoke with a contact at the company - Keily Brook, who constantly assured me that the monies would be re-gained for me.
They first took 100 from me to ring the client who owed me money and sent them a letter. When that didn't work, they took a further 395 from me to take the client to the small claims court.
From Aug.2012 to Dec. 2012, i must have rang Goldman Vicenti numerous times to ask where my claim was up to. Keily kept replying by saying they are still waiting for a reply from the courts.
Jan. 2013, i tried to ring them again, but no reply. Several times. I contacted their Manchester address and finally got through to the reception of the offices they were renting. They informed me the address was just a postal address.
I performed a web search and found the company's registered business address via companies house, in Wakefield. (i presume this is where he is based as I also contacted the web design firm who built Goldman's website who is also in Wakefield.)
Those offices had no central reception, so I contacted a business next door, who gave me the property managers of the offices. The property managers informed me that the company in the offices of Goldman Vicenti had left weeks ago.
This is where my trail ended. No further contact and likely I have lost my money. Basically, a double blow having being owed money and now lost money to the people i trusted to get my money back. If you need dept. recovery, first thoroughly investigate the company in question. If the company is owned by Ian Burrows or Goldman Vicenti, do not touch them.
At this point it is very un-likely I will see any of my money again. If I do, I would be happy to take down this report, but at this time, the company and individual Ian Burrows has disappeared with my money and strung me out for nearly 6 months. I hope this is as objective a report as possible on my experience with Goldman Vicenti and Ian Burrows.
