Purchased Golden Retriever puppy from GoldRocks on 31 March 2007. Was told by Ms. Schulz that registration paperwork would be mailed shortly...it was not ready at the time we picked him up. To date, have received no paperwork regarding the dog.

The adoption agreement specifically states the following:
"Adoption/Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee Agreement This agreement, entered into on ________________ between GoldRocks, Steven and Kimberly Schulz Breeder/Seller and _____________________________ purchaser, is for the Purchase/Adoption of one __________ Companion (pet) Golden Retriever ~ Micro Chip # ________________________ with AKC DNA Certification and or limited registration. Above puppy is to be sayed/nuetered by the age of seven months and NEVER to be used for breeding."

I have complied with all parts of the agreement, but I paid for an American Kennel Club registerable dog. I am unable to do so because I have received no paperwork, and I feel I should be reimbursed.

Anyone who has purchased a dog from this breeder is advised to check with what ever service you were told was used for micro chipping to make sure the dog has been registered. Our dog was chipped but never registered with Home Again.

Also, we have a dog from this breeder that just had a juvenile cataract removed from a litter born 1/19/06. If you think something doesn't look right in your pet's eyes, get it checked out at your vet's office. Our dog's cataract was displaced (broken loose) and was in danger of loosing sight in one eye.

If you check with the AKC, you will find that the owners of this 'kennel' have been suspended.
