purchase using my credit card online. received items they were defective, so I returned asking for replacements.
after 30 days no replacements were shipped, I phoned, was told all was back ordered so I asked for a credit & was told i would receive on my credit card. no credit was received i phoned again was told an email was sent to me & credit was issued 7 days prior, i then stated i had talked to my credit card company & no credit had been issued, then the man named moe, got mad & told me not to get smart, then hung up the phone on me.
