I bought a set of "new" Nike NDS Woman golf clubs from this store. They had to transfer the clubs in from another store.

When I picked up the clubs the face of the clubs were scratched to the point it would affect the way the club was played. When I brought the clubs back into the store to recieve either a new set of clubs that were new or a discount in the store I was talked down to by the store manager Terril.

He tried to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about with the clubs and when I told him that every scratch on the club face causese the ball to come off differently, his reply was that I have been doing this for 5 years.

After going back and forth on what to do with the clubs he finally gave me a 20% discount which still does not rectify the situation. The clubs are so badly damaged that they should have been sould as used not new.

I ordered a new set of clubs and got used ones and had to pay the new price. This store as no knowledge of the product in which they are selling or how to honestly represent a product in which they are selling. They also refuse to do anything to make the situation better until you say you are calling the main office.
