Ordered a club on Jan 31st 2005. Recieved the club on April 7th. Club head came loose after hitting 30-40 balls. Recieved approval to return the club. They recieved it on April 14th. Promised I recieve the replacement club in 3-4 weeks. Called on May 13th. They said to give them another 7-10 days. Now it is June 23rd and still no club and no answer. This company is a fraud and I think Jack Hamm and the The Golf Channel should be held responsible if these criminals cannot be found.
