Golookup.com masquerades as a company that can find contact information such as reverse phone look up or address lookup, etc. You must enter your credit card info before they provide you with data that they have implied to hold. Once you approve all payment info, they promply tell you that the very data you paid for and which they implied they had, is NOT AVAILABLE. If you call them, your call goes to some derilict call center deep in Mexico where they can't speak English very well and simply babble nonsense from scripts in front of them irrespective of what you say. They also in fine print automatically sign you up for an ongoing charge of around $35/mo even though you think you are only paying $1.00 for a phone number. The original charge is NOT refundable even when they fail to provide the data. The entire company is a total scam operation and should be avoided if you don't want to be ripped off.
