Complaint Review: GoManzanillo Scuba Shack Manzanillo

Do Not Use Scuba Shack for any dive services or training. The advetise great diving but do not even own their own boat. ALL of their diving is done from the beach and unless you have sufficient people will not rent a boat to take you out.

The owners Carlos Cuellar, Susan Dearing care less about your safety or welfare than they do about getting your money. On the one dive we did with them the DM, Fernando (last name Hernandez according to their website)  accosted my wife, by repeatedly using excuses to readjust her dive equipment and kept "accidently" grazing her breasts.

The shop is dirty and honestly smells of cat urine. During our stay in Manzanillo we went to various resturants and during conversations with eric the owner of one were told that both Carlos Cuellar and Susan Dearing are banned from many local resturants for nonpayment, skipping out on meals. They have been sued for real-estate fraud and a whole laundry list of other things.

I cant speak for those allegations but do attest to the horrible service, rudeness and complete disregard for customer service of the Scuba Shack in Manzanillo
