Gonzalez & Associates Amerisave - They just want your credit card number Internet
I was looking for a new mortgage and was contacted by Amerisave through Bankrate.com. They called me and gave me a rate of 5.5% while most others were around 5.75% or higher. My great credit was the reason they said.
I was able to get a letter for pre-approval without any issues. They asked for my credit card for the application fees and I said I would get back to them. They called me back a few tines and I asked for a good faith closing cost estimate before giving them my credit card.
I have not heard back from them since.
Company is a total sham.
Ask questions if anybody calls and do not give them your credit card.

The person, who filed the above rebuttal, most certainly a employee of this AMERSAVE SCAM, cannot even SPELL correctly. Are these the type of "professionals" you would like to entrust as your home lender? - Much less all your critical personal information. What a SHAM! STAY AWAY from this bunch!

Amerisave is certianly not a sham. If we were a sham I highly doubt we would have awarded the upFront mortgage lender cretification, or been seen on many news publications, etc. I think you are reffering to the $395 refundable deposit. Basically at the time of locking we take a refundable $395 deposit that will cover third party fee's such as your appraisal, etc. This fee is 100% refunded back to you at closing. I'm sorry if the loan officer did not explain it properly but to say Amerisave is a sham is false information.
