Complaint Review: Gooch Trucking Company

Gooch Trucking Company's driver backed into my rental car while I was on vacation in Detroit MI. The driver was apologetic and willing have me his information. However AllState my insurance company informed me that Gooch denies the accident all together saying that I hit their truck. Liars!!  MI has some dumb law that they refuse to send a patrol car for accidents. All you can do is trade insurance. 

These companies are out there trying to screw the little guy. Their truckers go out there and they just hit whoever they want, then later they just lie and deny everything. And Alamo goes right along and screws the innocent party with all the bills. 

Unbelievable. I don't know how these people sleep at night with their serial lying and cheating people. 
If you want to work with a trucking company with integrity, don't hire Gooch Trucking. If you do, prepare to be lied to and cheated.
