Good Wood Online Poor Customer Service & doesn't give a d**n about their slow processing BATON ROUGE Louisiana

I ordered a product for my gas grill (on 9/30/02) from www.goodwood.com - Misty took my order & asked me for my email address so she could email my Invoice to me. Misty told me she would either email the Invoice to me the day of the order or the next day.

At that time, I requested her to also email me the Tracking # on my order & she told me she would also do that. About 3 days passed & I hadn't received any email from the Company, so I sent an email to them asking where my email was with my Invoice & Tracking # information.

Below is the Meat & Potatoes of what happened between the Owner of the Company & I emailing each other...Here is how the emails go...

MY EMAIL TO COMPANY:
THIS IS NOW THE 3rd EMAIL ON THIS MATTER - WHY AM I AS A CUSTOMER HAVING TO SEND YOU A 3rd EMAIL TO ASK YOU A 3rd TIME FOR THE TWO THINGS I NEED???WHAT I NEED:
AN EMAIL INVOICE FOR MY ORDER THAT I PLACED ON 9/30/02 FOR A SET OF SMOKER PLATES & A TRACKING # I WAS PROMISED BY GIRL THAT TOOK MY ORDER THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THIS INFORMATION ON OCT 1st. I AM STILL WAITING ON THIS INFORMATION & IT IS OCTOBER 6th . WHY AM I STILL WAITING ON THIS INFORMATION???

OWNERS EMAIL RESPONSE:
PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED THE SAME DAY AS WE TOLD
YOU ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS PICK UP A PHONE THANK YOU TRENT.

MY EMAIL RESPONSE:
TRENT, YOUR COMPANY TELLS ME SOMETHING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO & THEY DON'T, SO I HAVE TO PICK UP A PHONE???
HOW DARE YOU TELL ME THIS. HOW RUDE!!!
P.S. MAYBE YOUR BOSS WOULD LIKE TO GET A COPY OF THE EMAIL YOU SENT TO ME.

IM THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY AND HAVE BEEN FORM MORE THAN 10 YEARS.

MY EMAIL RESPONSE:
TRENT, I COULD REALLY CARE LESS WHO YOU ARE.
IT WOULD FIGURE THOUGH YOU CONTINUE TO WASTE MY TIME TRYING TO IMPRESS ME WITH YOUR TITLE, RATHER THAN SENDING ME MY TRACKING NUMBER OF THE PACKAGE I ORDERED LIKE I WAS PROMISED BY YOUR STAFF - ETC. ETC. ETC.

NO I DONT GIVE A s**t WHEN I HAVE BEEN OUT OF POWER UNTIL TUESDAY OF THIS WEEK - ETC. ETC. ETC.
